Really high-quality homes are price by negotiation or auctioned with reserve. People hold their cards close to the chest...
Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

    Wow, so cheap, indeed!!!! :0
Here it depends of so many things : old or new building, close to the public transports/Paris or not, good neighborhood or not, the surface area of the apartment etc...
I live in a good neighborhood near an important station (many trains, bus etc...), 15km from Paris, you can have an old apartment of 60m2 around 230k euros. Recent one, maybe 300k ? Houses it will depend again but maybe between 300k & 400k euros? Less if you are in a popular neighborhood.
There are expensive cities near mine, sometimes an apartment of 40/50m2 can cost 350k euros.

Paris & Hauts de Seine (92) are the most expensive departments in Ile de France. The prices can be excessive.

My home country is much cheaper. Which is why I should make a lot of money in Norway and invest it where its cheaper to live. You can get rich here from working if you're smart enough. I got all these ideas but I just gotta take action. But here youre also more secured in a way. You could buy apartments , rent them and then go and live permanently in a cheaper country while you get automatic income.

Here is a very cool old house for 160,000. A time capsule from Pittsburgh's rich industrial past.
