would pass as local for sure, wouldn't look obviously foreigner. Atlanto meds and Pontids can look rather similar, I classified her as Pontid because of her skull type, Atlanto Meds have higher dolichocephaly and more marked features compared to Pontids. Her CM influence is also obvious on the jawline.
