    He looks like a depigmented Indian/Pakistani/Afghani.
    afghani is a currency but agree he would pass in afghanistan
    Looks very atypical for an indian but he is probably a high caste indian and they can sometimes look so because of better preserved indo-iranian/aryan ancestry.

    Or any other Central Asian. But he can pass to Afghanistan because of this!
