I already told you that Maghrebi is the least Arabic of all dialects and hardly even counts as an Arabic dialect because the Tamazight contribution is just too high then ass French to that and you get Maghrebi.

It's a nonsense question. Italians with different dialects can oftentimes not understand each other, that happens with many other languages as well.

Also my father in law who is Italian but was born in Algeria revisited Algeria as an adult after having moved to New York, (after having moved to Italy first) and when he told everyone where he was now living in NYC, the Algerians all were convinced that New York City was full of starvation, and that everyone was homeless. They were consoling him for having to live in such a harsh condition, he was puzzled but realized that they had all watched one of the Mondo Cane films about New York City that portrays it as a place more backwards, and with harsher living conditions than Somalia. This is the spectrum that MEMRI and other media outlets create about the Muslim world on a regular basis.

Not every language is mutually intelligible across all dialects. Beside, most Arabs can understand Levantine and Egyptian.
