Outdated myth. Except for Afghanistan and parts of Sub-Saharan Africa, birthrates are plummeting everywhere. In the US, the Black birthrate is nowadays barely if at all above the White birthrate. Elsewhere, even Iran, Saudi Arabia and many states in India have below replacement rate birthrates.
