I am not depressed. you may not believe it, but it's all chemistry. you probably don't eat quality food - try and replace fast food and most meat with quality stuff rich in vitamins and minerals. maybe you also have a wrong opinion of others - it's not easy for almost anyone in this world. I see many get depressed by thinking others are doing so great (they most probably aren't). we all work hard and you cannot win with life, it's always a struggle. also depressed people seem not to be able to be thankful and happy of the little things.
