More realistic version of an attractive 'square' jaw in females would be this:

Wrong. More masculine feature means = more frequent among men than women. However it is statistically false. Average men have no squarer and wider jaws than average women. See anthropology and plastic surgery suggestions.

Why is square jaws rare amongst the winners of the "world's strongest men" competition, why are square jaw people are rare amongst professional box stars and weight-lifters?

Yes it is a manly trait related to testorone. In order to have a square jaw you need to have a square shaped head. You don't have a square head stears you have a inverted triangle shaped head, just sayin.

I assume it's because actors or models need to have distinctive faces in order to transform into different roles and have more angles to play with the light while shooting a movie.I can't think of anything else.

Moreover, male square jaws are much more frequent amongst non-european populations and races.

So (according to your weird logic) the women have equal level of testosterone as men? Because the oval/square jaws have similar ratios in both sex.

No. Women with square jaws have more testorone than the average woman. The same applies with men. Men with square jaws have more testorone than men without square jaws.
