It was too long after the forest trip to explain it as caused by trauma, but not long enough to rule out that there was a link (e.g. ghost of that hanging man who committed suicide a year before that; if you believe in such stories).

Or maybe a devil who made him to commit suicide.

Another incident - in 2016 I had a dream that something happened to my grandmother. The dream turned out to be true, but it was nothing dangerous - on the very same day when I had that dream, she fell on the floor and had a minor subarachnoid haemorrhage. Nothing dangerous.

However, in 2017 she had a stroke - this time a serious thing.

This time there was no warning, I did not have another dream.

I've never had another instance of sleep paralysis since that time. That was the last time.

Before that event I had had it a few times, but those instances were not scary, just weird.

I don't believe in ghosts, though. I do believe that "ghosts" that people see are usually evil spirits masquerading as ghosts and other stuff.

When one lives in an area where 400+ people die in a single night due to human irresponsibility, when people drive themselves to insanity either through drugs/alcohol/refusing treatment & don't just slaughter but mutilate their family members, where people cannibalize one another but not due to lack of food, where people's idea of "fun" is to strip a woman naked & walk her out into a blizzard so she freezes to death, where people sell/offer things they shouldn't & have no right to be for use in black magic, etc. (& that's not even the truly graphic history) a person learns that the some of the worst demons & evil spirits faced are those who breathe & bleed just like any other mortal.

I've experienced a demon, or however one were to refer to them, but as I said initially mine's a bit more than tricks of the mind or stories off google.

Sleep paralysis i had a couple of times but its actually more like a nightmare than realy supernatural.
Just more intense than an ordinary nightmare experience

You think you are awake when it happens but realy you are sleeping and when you woke up its over though you remain indeed paralyzed

Me the same except of sleep paralysis but its not realy supernatural its rather wierd i would say but not supernatural

I only expressed my stance on the matter,i never said they don't exist. If they exist,they don't seem to like me or people related to me

Though i have heard paranormal stories from people,in the setting of hanging out in a bigger group,friends of friends but i didn't really believe them.

Yes, there are ways people open a doorway to demonic activity in their lives... Knowingly or accidentally. But this stuff is real. And we humans have enemies in the spiritual realm who are as real as we are, but who are unseen in normal circumstances. Thankfully there is also a way to combat them effectively -- and it's only through Jesus Christ.
