I still prefer bike riding. Although I do make an occasional run to the fridge, lol.

At almost 280 lbs.. that means I got a lot more muscle than average.

You know what percentage means? Having 30% body fat and consinder the % of bones and water doesnt leave much space for muscles

Well my waist size is 38 inches . So it's obvious I have more muscle than average.
