Krav Maga is good for ASSUMING realism and diversity of scenarios

Because of the diversity of scenarios, its good for creativity and can be EXPANDED

But they don't deal with punches and kicks like boxing/mma/muay thai

To me its similar to Ju Jitsu from what I've seen

Martial arts require plenty of room and an obliging opponent, neither of which is likely to be encountered in a REAL fight.

Most of the moves in Krav Maga are so basic and obvious, you don't even need anyone to teach them to you

I feel its so overrated

Tried everything and now i train in MMA ,
i can say that kung fu, karate, shaolin/wing chung are a big pile of shit.
Especially Karate learn you to lose and not fight correctly

I blame this to this funny actor Bruce Lee , this average "fighter" actor bring his kung fu shit to Europe and USA.
Fathers must sent their kids to learn proper fight styles like Kick-Boxing-Boxing-Wrestling and the best is MMA

I regret the money and energy lost in my childhood to karate and kung fu and its a shame for Greece to see in the street so
many karate dojos and so few ancient Greek Pankration/MMA schools

The thing that make me more angry is that Pankration/MMA is out of Olympic games when in Ancient Greece was the main event of the games.
FFS is see tae kwon do and karate crap to olympic but not Pankration

Boxing - Karate = 3 easy knock out for under minute

If you think all martial arts training are useless then you have no experience fighting real opponents in street fights

I speak from real experience, thats how I gauge any martial arts move/system/training session

If you learnt half the martial arts then you are prepared for and in most cases can defeat an untrained combatant

THATS THE POINT

The only thing about these systems is thaf they are not effective against highly trained and multiple opponente

So I can gauge whether a style will work or not
