You should try and think about something important or sentimental that has touched your life and try and put that into the design; e.g. an event, object, person, etc... Something unique to you and your life.

I don't have any tattoos yet but when the day comes, as an artist I'll most likely design it myself.

I'm getting another sleeve on my right arm, I need a lot of ideas. I have a long arm. I have roses, gypsy girl, boxing gloves, sacred heart, old school cross with a rose, ace of hearts card, a letter in a bottle with a heart on it, a broken indian arrow, mermaid, eagle/heart and keylock inside the heart, a tiger, an SS skull with a rose in the mouth...
