I could now tell you my views about what exactly is effective and what not from my experience but I dont want to because I dont want many people here in this forum to know what is effective and what is not . that doesnt mean that I am a fighting machine or that I want to show off with what I am writing but over many years I have build a good knowledge about it and know how to fight and I dont want to share it . I actually already "revealed" too much often .

Why? Are you afraid that when I'll know what is effective fighting, I'm going to raise from my couch, lose some 30Kg in training, grow muscles and become the next WWE champion???
I think that you overestimate your knowledge...No matter what you write in here, effective fighting requires good physical training and depends more upon experiece rather than dry knowledge...
