Jews are an extremely intelligent group of people that tend to help our economy, its extremely beneficial being the nation with the 2nd largest Jewish population in the world. Now, again, the Israel thing I cant really say, but I will say Israel is a very good ally to have, considering they’re the only Western democracy in the Middle East, and I would say we have an obligation to protect Israel because of that, not because of some biblical horseshit.

Second one? Sorry, no so much. USA won't/would't protect all western demorachies same way. Religion (and fact that there are many rich Jews in USA => having political power) influences a lot here. You will do it; wanted or not.

I think the closeness of our relationship with Israel and the fact that a significant portion of the Israeli population are American citizens makes folks tend to think of Israel as our greatest ally. Truth be told, we’ve never fought side by side Israeli soldiers (to my knowledge). I would say the UK is probably our closest ally. We share a common language, we’ve fought in WWI and WW2 side by side, a lot of our nation’s histories are intertwined (the good and bad), etc.

Jewish influence is so big that that is why USA is envolved in a lot of wars worldwide (Irak, Afghanista, Libia, etc) in which they (Americans) should not have any interest.

You need to stop watching conspiracy videos on Youtube. There is no grand plan to protect Israel, though we definitely do plan to protect Israel. I doubt we’d have to step in, in all honesty. The IDF, though small, is extremely well armed and well trained.

As I said, we plan to protect them and that means financially assisting their military. Israel is home to close to 200,000 American citizens, many of whom serve in the IDF or have served. Netanyahu was partially raised in America, acquired citizenship, and speaks English like hes from Philly. The cultural ties are enormous and not just to Jews, but to the thousands of American Christians that make their way to Jerusalem each year. Israeli society is basically a copy of our own with a few defining differences, but its relatively akin to Jewish communities here, both religious and secular. Israel is like our colony. Defending them is like us defending Americans in Tejas. Its a priority.

An Arab invasion means loss of American lives so we’re obviously going to step up when Israel needs our help.
