Well, the golden skin gives me the impression that it is due to tanning, here almost nobody wants to have a pale tone, they ask you if you are well and the tanned tone is a sign that you are active, sporty e.t.c. is a legacy of the late twentieth century.
About his other daughter It seems that over the years his face has become a little wider.

That's all supposition. It is all subjective as I've said already. Why would someone who is half Irish and half Swedish look Icelandic? No basis for that. Icelanders like all populations have variety in their looks. Some Icelanders do look Irish also and some very Scandinavian and there are some Icelanders that look like neither of these populations. Also some people that are 50/50 can look much more like one side of their ancestry. Orcadians look very "Isles".
