I guess the man in the photo above is the same individual you posted. People seen to love to use guys like him as example of dinarid.
But, welll, broski...
this man is not a dinarid.
There is clearly some robusticity to him.
Dinarids don't have browridges and when they have, it is very scarce, almost nothing.
The reason dinarids have "sloped" forehead is because of high developed frontal lobe, rather.
His nose is thick, wide.
He is more like a proto-nordi/brunn with high armenoid influence too.
He looks like a mix of these two
Relatively more archaic hallstatt nordid( more brunn orientated than average):

And Dinarid isn't a gracile type with no browridge and extremely thin frame as you believe.
What you describe could be in theory a dinaricized Gracile Med.

Guy smoking cig at 5:12 is the best example of Dinarid that you will see anywhere. There is absolutely zero Slavic phenotype in him, zero alpine, zero any other influence. He looks pure Balkan Dinarid, nose, pigmentation, height, and everything checks out.
