Yes it should but I dont know why some mothers would prefer do it in public, they can just express milk before and feed their baby.

Well, I dont know should it be allowed or not by LAW, I just think it is somewhat inappropriate that woman is giving breastfeeding in PURPOSE in public, means that she knows very well she will do that.

But if baby is crying etc, ofcourse she should do it, that's why I think Law is not necessary in this case, it is about ethic.
