i had it today. i accidentally fell asleep in the afternoon and i kept fading in and out of consciousness, and there was a point where i couldn't open my eyes more than halfway or move my body. i didn't see any demonic figures tho.

This will not help, it's just religious folklore. The only thing that helps is to turn to the Lord Jesus Christ personally. Say his name. Rebuke the demon in the Name of Jesus, and he will go away immediately. If you are too paralyzed to actually speak, then say it in your mind -- that also works!

It does not work to ask "saints" to do it for you. You have to do it yourself. And it's easy enough.

More generally, give your life to God and develop a close relationship with Jesus Christ, then most of these things will not even come to you.

I've never experienced it, but I have one friend who said it's really horrifying. I think a regular dose of certain medicaments and/or drugs can also provoke someone who wouldn't have sleep paralysis under normal conditions.

I had Sleep Paralysis a couple of times but without demonic presence

Anyway it was an unpleasant experience
Whenever i had it i was already in an unpleasent mood before i went to sleep and my exprience was when i woke up
after a Sleep Paralysis i lost alot of energy or felt very tired and weakened opposite to normal sleep where i feel boosted with energy

They are wrong, and it's because sects follow all these teachings of men that they are ineffective. Also, these people don't really have a relationship with God, that is why they are running to all sorts of gimmicks, saints, etc. It's pure nonsense. God's Holy Spirit is the only one that has total power over evil, in the name of Jesus. Demons have to flee at the mention of the name of Jesus in the mouth of the believer, they have no choice or authority over that. But they have plenty of authority over gimmicks, which is why they plague so many people.

There is no substitute for the power of God in the name of Jesus, and none necessary even.

I've never experienced it. But my dad did, once in a forester's lodge in Gorce Mountains in Poland. The creepy thing is that he saw the same figure trying to suffocate him as his pal sleeping in the same room. All people who have already been there slept in the other room as that thing was known to them.

Never happened to me i guess im too scary for them or im blessed by the Bäŋü Kök Taŋrı

I have them quite frequently.
They happen most often when you are in a deep sleep and are awakened by a noise or something.
Your body is still in sleep mode but your mind is now conscious and awake.
Those with anxiety and depression tend to have it more often and also see “shadow figures”. This happens because your body is in a state of panic and alert.
