It does because it became its own country when Britain helped the Jewish people secured it from the Ottomans. Hence, their existence as a people and a country is a valid existence.
“The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.”

In my opinion, yes. But it should probably go through some changes. I think maybe it would be better for Israel and Palestine to come together and form a secular state

One can disagree with policy of Israel, but where is territorism on their side? Where are Israeli suicide bombers I ask you?

Israel is considered a secular state. What policy changes in particular do you propose Israel should make if it were to merge with Palestine?

Well Israel is defined as a "Jewish and Democratic" state in the declaration of independence, so there are likely systems in place which would definitely benefit Jews if it were to become a multi-ethnic secular state. Off the top of my head, I know that any Jew can become a citizen of Israel upon request when Palestinians for example can't. Due to the fact that it has been a Jewish state for so long, there are likely a bunch of examples of this which I think should be changed to fit all of its Citizens (which at that point would include Palestinians and others). However the new nation should definitely follow most other aspects of Israel's laws and systems as opposed to Palestine's I'd say

Israel has the right to exist, but so does Palestine. They should work towards an agreement.

This raises an interesting idea... How many people/civilizations currently show the ability or willingness to create something out of nothing? The Saudis, UAE, Kuwait, US, and Israel have all successfully built advanced cities in barren, god forsaken hellscapes and deserts. All else aside, I think the Israelis could probably make pretty good use of that land.

First two were terrorists, last one was an accident - Iraq did the same thing in 1988, also in the context of war, but the US immediately said it was an accident (they wanted Iraq to rek Iran at the time) and funny old thing - you never hear white nationalists going on about it all the time!

My mistake, 1987. 37 Americans killed.

This is years before Gulf 1.
