the real is they are using "chloroquine" a medicament to prevent malaria. The last experience show that chloroquine also works against coronavirus.

Nope. South Africa has 402 cases, zero deaths, Burkina Faso has 99 cases and 4 deaths, Senegal 67 cases, zero deaths, Cameroon 56 cases, zero deaths, DR Congo 36 cases, 1 death, Nigeria 36 cases, 1 death, etc..

Well Blood Group A is the most vulnerable to the virus and the primary blood group among Africans is Blood group B and they have a very young population but they are not immune, a lot of Black people in America have died of the virus already.

No, they are not immune. Africa is just last to be infected in a big way because it is not so connected like Europe, North America and East Asia

Corona will hit there big times without most people and medical staff being able to connect the symptoms to corona.

Unless chloroquine really prevents corona infections, even if so, the supply is limited and will be even more so if the west is starting to use it as treatment.
