I guess. I mean, it's a person's own will and choice if he wants to get circumcised or not rather being forced to do so due to religious or cultural dogma.

Most MENAs and Jews didn't have a saying when we were circumcised, there should be an age limit that determines when the child is old enough to decide whether they want to do it or not.
