I don't think so.

Women can be very conservative and more conservative than men. Liberal promiscuous women perhaps - but I'd like to think majority of western women grew up in a strict and disciplined household and hence university and family.

you like to think but thats unforunately not the case of the majority amongst 30 and younger in 2016 and increasing rapidly with each year

I am not 30 yet but getting closer. I guess it's just in the circle of friends I am in majority of women I associate with in real life have had strict parents.
