Dont you think that giving the Palestinians their state would remove a HUGE weight off Israeli shoulders? The facts however are: it would put Israel at risk, too much risk. Egypt is very likely the next can of worms that will blow up in the region. It will likely happen way before the temperature makes it unlivable. The country can not feed itself to start with. They got no real exports, their water supply is severely limited and the Ethiopian dams could seal their fate.
