Which Eastern European country has the most Nordic-looking Slavs?

Which Slavic country has the highest percentage of people with blonde hair, blue eyes, pale skin and Nordic skull shape? I was thinking it's either Poland or Czech Republic. But I've also seen Russians with the Nordic look. Any ideas?

Northern Polish, Byelorussians (excludind Polessians), central-eastern Russians. Chechs are rather Norid, which maybe easy mistaken for Nordic for non-trained eye.

I would say Czech, they tend to look very Germanic.
Because of their Germanic influence obviously.

A lot of people pass as Germans, especially the women.

Belarus would also be my guess, not Poland.
To be honest, Russia is so big they could have some oblast full of albinos hidden there.

But this influence for Czechs was mostly South-German and on all anthro maps they are called Alpine.

Certainly not the Czech Republic. Czechs are certainly "darker" than the Poles. When I was there I saw mostly Alpinids.

I agree that the Czechs are mostly Alpinid - I have been too -, although this is a running impression, because I don't live in the Czech Republic.

Does Belarus really have a lot of North-Germanic looking people? I always thought they looked like Russians...
