You have a bit Slavic admixture everywhere due to medieval slave trade yet 50% seems too high. What is believed over there to be Slavic certainly has to be partly German (Goth).
A bit Slavic admixture exists in everyone. Let's not forget that Swedish Vareg tribe called Rus in fact were Germanic Scandos who started to move southwards to have access to Arab silver coins. As early as late 8th century, in addition to travelling south and exchanging their animal furs (helping them make money yet not enough), the Varegs started to capture Slavs and sell them to Arabs, Byzantines and Khazars to make money. When you see Corded Ware white features in some Middle Eastern, Near Eastern or Caucasus people, it must result of that trade.
All in all, it is normal Hungarians are Slavic-admixed though even 50% sounds unrealistic and kind of ''Slavic-washing'' of non-Slavic elements such as the Germans.
