I do not understand why some are surprised: there are in all countries of the world (even in Sweden) extremely exotic phenotypes without these people being genetically "foreign" to the nation in question. We call it "specific cases".

It suffices to inherit a single combination of traits from several ancestors to give a "exotic" result.

There is no place or people in Turkey which are looking like this woman. She has clearly romani ancestors, even i cant imagine that she can pass to Afghanistan. She looks like Pakistani/Northindian with Med influence.

Honestly, the makeup is a little on the heavy side, making it difficult to be sure but, I'd guess Arab. The nose and unibrow indications of your eyebrows, make me guess that way.
