That hasn't to do anything with being european these days. Turkey is in talks for EU-Integration yet Turks are the eternal enemy of Europe.

Turkey and Georgia are two absolutely different cases. Georgia is being considered next to Moldova and Ukraine in terms of EU integration.

All these supporters from Ukraine and Georgia do not want to be with Europe, but with prosperous Western Europe. If Europe was in decline today, and the Levant was successful, then these Georgians would feel that they are Levantines.

How is European defined?

you tell me. i think maybe a european is someone who lives in europe and follows the culture of the specific country in which they live. a genetic definition makes no sense imo. everyone no matter from where they come from can be european.

Everybody wants to claim themselves as europeans, it's incredible.

And when I say everybody it's everybody from latinos to Caucasians.

Caucasians are very distinct from european populations if they partake some components, they differ in the rest of their DNA.

Obviously I exclude Armenia.

you consider sards european right? they are mostly EEF and all euros have EEF. georgians are mostly CHG and almost all euros have CHG. the CHG part is probably smaller than the EEF part in most cases, so that causes the caucasus to be further away. but the admixture is definitly not alien to europe. i mean, sure if you take in georgians you have to also take in at least turkey, the levant and the kurds but still what is you argumentation against this? Sards aren't european? or they are european and the caucasus isn't because the rest of eurpe has a lot of EEF while the CHG part is smaller?

you know the steppe was around 50% CHG? they were closer to the caucasus than to EEF.
