At least there is some work going on, progress is progress and in this case he has the upper hand on Obama, Bush and Clinton. Though I understand you want more than just a photo and to see things happening. Trump I've noticed flip flops everywhere from side to side, like the G7. Could easy go two step backs, with child like twitter moans.

Anyway give it time and his dues as Kim also, with a bit of diplomacy this is good.

If it goes backwards then fire on like how he is dealing with Iran, if it works, well that is good news.

I'm proud of Trump. He has my vote in 2020 barring he does anything disastrous. But pretty impressed he achieved this, especially with the ridiculous, unconventional way he did it.

Reminds me of why businessmen, and not career politicians get things done. Entrepreneurs are goal oriented, care more about getting things done then how they look doing it. This is pretty big.

. Actually Trump, unlike Clinton, both Bushes, Obama has achieved almost all that he has promised. If you think about it, the others are all talk and could never have gotten North Korea to the table even if they wanted to (they didn't even try). In fact, there's this argument going on of Obama being responsible for the recent booming US economy. However...

But I think ultimately, all of this is irrelevant compared to the potential impact on the north korean people. They've suffered long enough and this might be the opportunity for them to turn everything around. In many ways, their situation reminds me of chinese during the GLF and CR periods. I'm sure they'll achieve the same and then so much more if everything goes as it should but they'll first have to adjust to some rapid changes.
