Good job, it looks really nice, but I don't think there is any true cumulative data for all of Greece. Maybe start with just Crete, or just Macedonia, which both appear to have had several semi-regional studies done on them. As far as the rest of the country, there appears to be little work done on them.

The I(I2) in the north must be from the Bulgarian minorities living around the northern borther.

All that hapl are from ancient Greece,
E-V13 and I are from Pelasgians & Ionians,
R1 are mostly from Dorians,
J2 are from Sea People (Cretans,Philistines)

But again not something 100% , for example Macedonians belong to at least E-V13,R1 and I
Athenians on the other hand have also J2 but again E-V13.
So most of them belong to many different haplogroups
