cannot find proof that he is half Armenian. On this site https://stolica-s.su/news/policy/242457 it is stated that his grandfather was Armenian. On other sites it is stated there is speculation that he has Armenian roots from his mother's side. If only his grandfather was Armenian, then he is 25% Armenian. Can you provide info on his parents? I cannot find their full names.

I have no any additional info on his parents but I knew about him being half Armenian not from Internet and long before now, even before he became head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
