Is there a difference between the Ostfrisians and Frisians? I have a lot of Ostfrisian, Danish and Schleswig Holstein ancestry.

When it comes to the "Proto-Germanic" source, Swedes and Norwegians are closer to it, therefor they have more of it than all other germanic countries. Danes have stronger Paleo-European influences, which will be labeled also as "germanic" even though its technically just germanized population, so its an easier choice as they have less Baltic, Saami etc. influences.
I wonder why Dutch are not on the list, they are propably 4th, if we go by countries as a whole. I think North Germans are very germanic, regions like Ostfriesland will be more germanic than Denmark as a whole.

Frisians are almost identical to Danes, northwest Germans, south Swedes and south Norwegians genetically. They all cluster with each other.

Nope, simply false. Even in SE England Anglo-Saxon input is less than 50% if I remember well.
