Yeah my grandparents got white hair in very old age, but everyone who is middle-older age it is still blond-light brown

I think Nordic people have a bit easier time gaining muscles while being tall. My dad is over 6 feet tall and has always easily gained muscle. Lasse looks like a good example of this too
