Klingon, like other artlangs, have a fictional world of their owns created by one or two guys and followed by a large fanbase. That means a lot of things but not what I'd call a soul. Some of those languages aren't even fully functional. In any case, they lack the usage, the quantity, the literary quality, the media production, and the connotations of all type, even religious or political, that Esperanto has had during the 20th century, in this real world. As well as the existence of native speakers, of course.

As I said, I'm not an Esperantist and I'm not promoting it. But comparing it to any other constructed languages is like comparing English with, say, Hausa.
