New IQ study founds that Finns are by far the most intelligent Europeans.
Solving the puzzle of why Finns have the highest IQ, but one of
the lowest number of Nobel prizes in Europe, 2014
If we assume UK Greenwich meridian value of 100, this yields a Finnish
national IQ of about 111, which is somewhat higher than the
results of the educational achievement tests (105.4)These data on a large number of constructs strongly
suggest that the Finns have higher average IQ than other
European people, meaning that a higher percentage of the
Finnish than in other European populations will be capable of
attaining a relatively high PISA score. This will be augmented
by their small intelligence standard deviation
