Why are the African races incapable of building civilizations?

The classical Greco/Roman culture in general had a huge influence in the medieval christian world, and in the medieval muslim world. (Muslim scholars were heavily influenced by Greek/Roman Philosophy, and literature, etc..)

Don't lie, I never claimed that ever. Some of them got past that I always acknowledged. Many were complete savages though of course.

How does it not have anything to do with inherent intelligence? When civilizations first started, sure, but now other races have had the advantage of this civilization progression, which also likely progressed their genetics. Africans didn't have this genetic progression, so today they have less inherent intelligence.

I'd also argue it's a lot more than just what the OP said. There are studies shown more crime is committed on warmer days. The environment of Africa and other tropical environments likely had an affect on peoples' agitation, therefore willingness to cooperate, etc.

Just look at some of their art and architecture for yourself. This is not impressive at all compared to the Art of Europe, India, and East Asia at the same time for example. It's prehistoric compared to that, but it's basically the best you're gonna find when it comes to Sub-Saharan Africa.
