South of Brazil: Argentina Uruguay and Italy, to the north of Brazil: The countries of the Caribbean and Venezuela, outside of America: would look a bit like Portugal and Angola.

Regarding Brazil as a whole, it is probably Venezuela and Colombia.

Exactly. Blond people in southern Brazil is common, but I doubt blond people are common in Argentina and Uruguay.

But South Brazilians are more racially mixed with SSA. SSA genes might not make you look Black, but they can change your hair color.

They are not so mixed with SSA as Argentineans and Uruguayans are mixed with Amerindians.
Blond people are common in southern Brazil, much more than in Argentina.

SSA DNA > Amerindian DNA. Besides, Argentina got many German/Northern Italian immigrants too and South Brazil has a lot of Portguese/Native/Black ancestry. It is not a "German colony".

I do not know what you mean, you think blond people are more common in Argentina and Uruguay than in Brazil or you really mean that blond people are not common in southern Brazil?
I do not know if you know, but many immigrants did not mixed with blacks and natives in southern Brazil, so whites there are not so SSA influenced like you are claiming.
