The article is about Russian maneuvers but the comments are about American election.

The article says disrupt internet traffic not internet blackout or something like this so it would just stop internet access in the region, I think.

It's funny that they labeled two ships on a map Russian spy ship and UN warship yet the concern in this article is losing internet or internet espionage.
