Yes, there are 2 kinds of red if you exludes white Turks: the darker red is atlanto (almost whole Spain is atlantid), scarlet red is gracile med.

Let's overpass the woman, for me she's a woman, though she were spanish she's only ONE spanish. If she's not, she is only a ONE foreigner having a Spanish surname.

1) Greeks are mostly alpinids and pontids.
2) Bulgarians are mostly alpinids and neodanubians.
3) Southern Italians are mostly gracile mediterranean.
4) Spaniards are mostly atlantid.
5) Northern and centritalians are mostly alpinids and dinarids.
6) The Atlanto subrace exists also in Italy but with a lower diffusion than in Spain and it is a bit higher frequent in West Italy.

There is not such thing as mediterranean. Spanairds and Greeks are genetically very different (in a european context). A spaniard is genetically closer to a German or Irish than to a Greek. That's how it is. Mediterranean race is a Hollywood invention.

I think both Spanish and Italians should not display this uncertainty as to our features physical, look pretty negative to other countries Slavic / Baltic pretending to be Nordic, and I have the certainty that both Italian and Spanish give a bad impression by pretending to be Central european, would be good for us to show more confidence/Security in ourselves, In we are totally Europeans and we do not need anyone's approval or with maps and photos show our physical appearance. We are a strong and beautiful people and if anyone doubts what we should do is laugh in his face, not giving reasons.

I was not talking about looking like Germans I was talking about genetics !!! The fact that we are closer to Irish or Germans than Greeks, makes you wonder about the validity of the concept of "mediterranean" which is void. And greeks look SouthEastern/Balkanic which is a different look than SouthWestern Iberians.

In Spain, in the region where you can see the scarlet red colour suggesting a gracile-med type, it should be alpine. The alpine element in Spain is lower than in Italy, but it´s mostly concentrated in the northwest of the country, specially in the villages. I´m from one of those regions and I can tell you that m although I´m not an alpine but an atlanto-med.
