This is a description of the Croatian Ustashas in the most reliable encyclopedia in the world Britannica:
https://www.britannica.com/topic/Ustasa
"To make their state more purely Croatian, the ustaše set about exterminating its Serb, Jewish, and Gypsy inhabitants with a brutality that shocked even the Germans and occasionally obliged the Italians to intervene. Although many Yugoslavs reacted to their brutality by joining the resistance movements, the Ustaša remained in control of Croatia until May 1945."
Croatian Ustashas were remembered as the most dreadful monsters and genocidal maniaks of the Second World War. Their crimes shocked even their formal allies, German Nazists (the greatest killers in the history) and Italians, not to mention others. German authorities described them as animals, while Italians wrote they were ashamed of being Catholics because of Ustasha monsters.
There were a couple of Ukraine immigrants and few brainless Russians in Ustasha Army (probable psychiatric cases) who were sent to the Eastern Front to aid Hitler's war campaign against the Soviet Union and attack their own people together with Ustasha monsters who massacred several hundreds civilians in some Russian villages according to the Soviet historians. In Yugoslavia they massacred at least half a million people with brutality that shocked even their Nazi allies.

Descriptions of the Ustashas in the most famous enciclopedias in the world.
The Britannica ( the oldest English-language encyclopaedia still in production; it is written by about 100 full-time editors and more than 4,000 contributors, who have included 110 Nobel Prize winners):

"To make their state more purely Croatian, the ustaše set about exterminating its Serb, Jewish, and Gypsy inhabitants with a brutality that shocked even the Germans and occasionally obliged the Italians to intervene. Holocaust Encyclopedia, United States

''In the countryside, Croatian military units and Ustasa militia burned down entire Serbian villages and killed the inhabitants, frequently torturing men and raping women. In all, Croat authorities killed between 320,000 and 340,000 ethnic Serbs in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina between 1941 and 1942."
We usually use word Ustasha as an insult or for description of someone's savage and genocidal behavior. For instance, this is the text about Ukraine fascists who killed many Poles:
"Ustasha behavior and crimes of Ukraine fascists against Poles and Russians".
There were around 30 000 of Russian immigrants in Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Some of them were war criminals, but most of them were horrified at the atrocities of Ustashas beasts like every other normal human being. Why can't you understand that not all people are the same as you (person with no honour, decency or any moral code).
