Are Cypriots European?

Geographically Cyprus belongs to Asia. Cypriots themselves at least Greek Cypriots are European, about Turkish Cypriots i'm not sure.

Cyprus is also member of the EU and Christian for the most part.

The Levantine thing is some anthro myth. Those people differ very much and only a minority of Christian Levantines have a similar stock due to shared East Mediterranean/Neolithic ancestry.
Most Levantines are a mix of Egyptians and Bedouins basically.

Well, if we are to measure Europeaness, Their WHG (yes, I know that I'm fixated ) is like half of what Sicilians have? As much as Northern Caucasians and Turks?

Culturally Greek Cypriots are more 'Western' than us (and some other Europeans too) because they are influenced by British culture. Geographically Cyprus is part of Asia.
Politically they are 'European'.

I don't believe there's a European culture. I don't believe there's even a common culture shared between Brits, French and Germans for example.

Greek Cypriots are definitely as Greek as we are, not less, because we definitely have some post-classical foreign admixture too, mostly from northern Barbarians sadly.
