He is quite handsome, looks somewhat MENA to me. But, his appearance is superficial. it is of little real importance., What is important about that handsome head is what goes on inside it., What are his opinions, beliefs, ideas. ? How does he think and of what does he think ?

There are at least two old sayings (considered hackneyed today) which are applicable here. "Beauty is only skin-deep." and "Handsome is as handsome does."
