It's probably because males seem to not come forward after rape out of enormous embarrassment. Where women have no problem coming out as being raped. Men seem to get sexually abused alot more then woman. When a man goes and grabs a tit, everyone is in shock, but when a woman goes grabs a dick, everyone laughs and forgets about it.
