Other than the odd nose I'd say yes, because it looks like it could be a bad nosejob. That isn't surprising though considering plenty of half-Lebanese people can pass in southern Europe. Lebanese often don't posses stereotypical middle-eastern noses.

Yes, she passes as white where I live.

She can pass as Sicilian and southern Italian -- there are Italian Americans who are certainly considered white who look exactly like her. Ashkenazi Jewish is also possible.
