Should I be bothered when people tell me you don't look Syrian?

Not at first glance sure, I would think you look more Southeast European. But I wouldn't be surprised if you told me irl that you're Middle eastern.

You've just got light features, but I can definitely see the Levantine. In fact, I've seen a lot of Syrians/Iraqis who look quite similar.

No. My non-blood uncle is half-Syrian. My paternal cousins are a quarter-Syrian. They all look like a bunch of blond and blue, pasty Micks.

You have assyrian/mesopotamian features so i dont think you dont look syrian. you are just a light pigmented MENA guy lmao. alot of people all the time tell me i dont look typical "caribbean" whatever that means. ppl expect Antilleans to be black and have afro-hair, well sorry XD im only mulatto and i have light brown skin and offblack straight wavyish hair. but i do have SSA features that people usually mistake for Moroccan or arab.

you can have "sumerian" or "mesopotamian" features all while being light pigmented.

toppo is a white arab, he has strong arab/jewish features yet hes light, doesnt disregard the fact that hes almost 100% mideastern genetically
