Are most European men not circumcised due to the decline of Christianity in Europe?

In the States, it's just very common practice, and I heard it's just odd and kinda weird that the White Europeans are not circumcised.Since the United States is much more Evangelical Christian, I was wondering if that might explain the difference in demographics between the circumcised American and the uncircumcised European.

In Europe if you are circumcised, its a sign you are a Jew or Arab actually.

Very common in America, we do it for medical/health reasons mostly. Just easier to keep clean.

Circumcision is not a Christian practice, it's Muslim and Jewish mostly.

Since when it is odd and weird? Circumcision has never been practiced in Europe for cultural reasons, only as medical necessity in rare cases.

It's probably a fair assumption to make, though, in all honesty. I don't agree with it personally, and I certainly don't think that uncircumcised people have difficulty keeping themselves clean - but if I can think of one benefit for circumcision then that's probably it.
