It exists as a term, but it's not used.A greek would refer to those countries as "Northern" or simply as "Scandinavian".

En français on distingue Scandinavie et Pays Nordiques (= Scandinavie + Finlande)

Europe du Nord est une notion plus vague, pouvant inclure Grande-Bretagne, Irlande, Pays-Bas, Allemagne du Nord.

Nord seul réfère normalement au département français ainsi nommé, excepté dans des expressions comme "bois du Nord" (= timber from Sweden or Finland) ou "Grande Guerre du Nord" (= Stora Nordiska Kriget)

Yes, it is used as synonymous of Scandinavia (including Finland). Does not includes Estonia though

We mainly say "Scandinavian countries" (скандинавские страны). The word "Nordic" (нордический) exists too, but it means "blond Northern European" or something like that.

This term is forced here heavily by the Finlandssvensk jews, who want us to have a shared identity with the bögs to our west. It is a total social construct. Especially in grade school swedish education they are trying to make believe that there exists some kind of Nordic integrity. You will see Finnish kids identifying as Scandinavians because they have been taught so.

True. In Italy it's not unusual to see even Switzerland labelled as a 'Nordic country'.

However, nordico can also mean 'Northern' (as an alternative to settentrionale) in a broader sense, e.g. to refer to someone or something from Northern Italy, while nordista is used AFAIK to refer either to the Union side in the American Civil War (its 'proper' meaning), or to Northern Italians in a jocular (not necessarily derogative) way - I never heard it applied to Scandinavians.
