But my results are wrong. Two of my great-grandparents are from Catalonia, a great-great-grandmother was Scottish and only one great-grandmother was from Almeria and one from France. The four others are Italian. It makes no sense.

Yeah, I believed problem was with their lack of Balkan clusters, it isn't at all, problem is Kaspias or me didn't score any Balkan thus they didn't break down our regions like they did for all others who got it.

I will compare the estimates of 23andMe and MyHeritage:

French & German 33.6%-21.6% (North and West European)
Scandinavian 0%-7.5%
Greek & Balkan 7.3%-28.5%
Broadly European 6.5%-0%
Italian 4.4%-0%
West Asian 0%-3.2%
Broadly Southern European 2.9%-0%
Irish, Scottish and Welsh 0%-0.9%
Central Asian 0.4%-2.6%
Broadly Central & South Asian 0.1%-0%

MyHeritage seems to have lump all my Broadly and Southern European results from 23andMe into Balkan. North and West European and Scandinavian from MyHeritage kinda is the same with my French & German results from 23andMe. MyHeritage also found larger Central Asian traces in my ancestry, which is kinda similar to what Gedmatch found, plus some West Asian ancestry that I didn't get in either 23andMe and Gedmatch, unless they consider the Caucasus area as part of West Asia, and I do get minor Caucasus on Gedmatch.

Could you upload raw data of your parents? Maybe they will get some clusters.
