If "Jewish rites" can be defined as things commanded exclusively in the modern Talmud, then Jesus absolutely did not observe Jewish rites, although He perfectly followed the laws of the Old Testament, which is very different. What is now the Talmud contained the religious doctrines of the Pharisees, and Jesus was the greatest enemy of the Pharisees on earth.
