Here's frame of reference, this wrestler height of 5'10 and 210 lbs. He is not even overtly muscular , IMO. Just relatively lean and healthy
A person could be 15% at 200lbs but not you, you're 5"10 and hardly a pro bodybuilder. My cousin is. He's 5"10 and he bulks at 250, probably 20-25% bf, and shreds close to 200lbs, but he's under 10% at that point. You will never get to that level.

However, even if you were 15% bf at 200, that would be 30lbs, so 30+90=120 and 100/290*120 is still 42% bodyfat. Congratulations, you just proved you're BEST CASE still over 40% BF at 290.

That wrestler is healthy... and about 25% BF. If he were 15% BF he'd have visible abs, especially with his musculature, which you can tell is not inconsiderable. Visible abs start at around 17% in most people.

Your math is not consistent nor accurate. I have denser bones than average so that would add another 20 lbs to the standard. So let's say someone my height (almost 5'11) should ideally weigh 180 lbs. With my Germanic bone density, it would add about 20 lbs to the natural "average" build prototype. Then add a a little fat and extra muscle, you have wiggle room for a lot more weight.

BMI is not accurate because you cannot take heightx weight and expect to get a true body fat estimate. You can take two people of the same height, build, body fat percentage, and they can have totally different body weights.

    Take into account my measurements

    Waist: 37.5 in
    Hips : 39 inches
    Chest: 49.5 inches
    Neck: 18 inches

These are not the measurements of someone 50% body fat.
