I don't understand what do people blabble about German. One of best sounding languages overall (this Rhineland accent posted above sound very weird though), one of my favorites in general.
Only I dislike Swiss German, sounds ugly.

I don't like Romance languages at all except Spanish. German is fantastic to my ear, but that's just my personal taste. I don't like Germanic languages otherwise (except English), Scandinavian languages and Dutch sound horrible to me.
