    Once again, based on this: https://explore-education-statistics...haracteristics In England as a whole, the figure is 6.6%, albeit as usual this figure is bumped up considerably by London. I got all the figures by combining the figures for children classified as Other Mixed, Mixed White and Asian, Mixed White and Black Caribbean and Mixed White and Black African.

    North East (3.5% overall)

    Middlesbrough 5.9%, Newcastle-upon-Tyne 5.7%

    North West (4.8% overall)

    White-Black relationships are, relatively speaking, more common here than there, but on the other hand White-Asian relationships are more common there than here. (And they also have many more Hispanics, of course).
